These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the jinistickerbook iMessage sticker app (the “App”), operated by jinistickerbook / [Your Name] (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App lets you browse, download, and send sticker packs created by independent artists within Apple Messages. Some packs are free and some are available as paid in-app purchases.
When you download or purchase a sticker pack, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the stickers for your own personal, non-commercial messaging. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the stickers, or extract the artwork for use outside the App. All stickers and artwork remain the property of jinistickerbook and the respective artists.
Paid sticker packs are sold as one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. Prices are shown before you buy. Because payment is handled by Apple, all billing and refund requests are subject to Apple’s terms and are managed through Apple, not by us. To request a refund, use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page. Purchases can generally be restored on your devices through the App using the same Apple ID.
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use the stickers in a way that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes others’ rights.
The App, its design, and its content are owned by jinistickerbook and its artists and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights except the limited sticker license described above.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, jinistickerbook and [Your Name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the affected purchase.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
